Behind the Scenes at the Vintage Button Bridal Designs Shoot

One of the goals I set myself for this year was to get involved in industry shoots.

Two months in, I feel really lucky that two shoots have happened already. You might have seen my post last week about a beautiful shoot in Santorini I provided the stationery for.

Today I want to share with you a little bit of behind the scenes stuff from a shoot I worked on in person on Monday.  Clare from Vintage Button Bridal Designs organised the shoot in the light-filled gallery space at Silk Mill Studios, as a showcase for her beautifully intricate bridal accessories and jewellery. If you've not come across Clare's work, do take a look - I'm particularly in love with her delicate hair adornments.  The overall feel was one of slightly faded elegance; Clare's designs mirrored perfectly by delicate trailing foliage, my Secret Garden stationery and a lovely loose bouquet by Frome florist Bramble and Wild.

Charlotte Tillyer was on hair and make up duty, transforming dancer Sian into a vintage starlet, and the whole was beautifully captured by Oxana of OXI Photography. I absolutely can't wait to see her finished images!
