The first step is to get in touch for a quote; let me know the design you've decided on and which items you require. Either send me an email ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) or fill in this simple form. There’s no need to work out quantities, just fill in your guest numbers. If you have any questions about your order drop me a line and I’ll do my very best to help. Once you’ve confirmed your order, I’ll be in touch to get all the details for your invitations.
You’ll receive a full set of digital proofs via Dropbox link. Please check these very carefully and let me know of any changes as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that any changes made once proofs have been approved will incur a charge to cover extra time and materials. Sadly if your order has already been printed this can be quite substantial.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is needed to confirm your order before work commences. The balance of payment is due 7 days before the final part of your order is dispatched. I accept payment either by bank transfer or as a secure online payment via the website.
You’ll need to allow 4-6 weeks from approving your proofs to delivery. Depending on workload, speedier delivery may be possible, please let me know when ordering if you need your order quickly and I’ll do my very best to accommodate you. Delivery is via courier or Royal Mail special delivery and will require a signature upon receipt.
On the Day items
You are welcome to order any on the day items at the same time as your invitations. (If you are able to do this it helps me enormously with print scheduling, and usually works out a little cheaper!) Don’t worry that you don’t have all the information yet, I won’t need the final details until 6-8 weeks before your wedding. I normally aim to dispatch this part of your order 2 weeks before the wedding to ensure you have everything in plenty of time.
